Requirements

• A minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in ESL or a current ESL certification or LATAM equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 to 5 years of direct teaching experience in ESL.
• Preferred - a minimum of 3 to 5 years current work experience in the Computer Science Engineering field.
• Experience working with adult students or University level students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the field of ESL.
• Online teaching experience required.
• Experience with Canvas/Moodle or related LMS preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Flexible work schedule; most ESL courses to be offered 3 pm to 5 pm EST.
