Key Responsibilities:
1. Audience Segmentation:
- Utilize your expertise to segment our audience effectively, tailoring campaigns to specific target groups.
2. Email Content Creation:
- Craft compelling and engaging email content in adherence to best practices, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and values.
3. A/B Testing Mastery:
- Lead A/B testing initiatives within campaigns, optimizing elements for improved engagement and conversion. Provide actionable insights based on test results.
4. Klaviyo Proficiency:
- Leverage your expertise in Klaviyo to set up and execute email campaigns seamlessly. Showcase your proficiency through impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.
5. HTML Knowledge:
- Apply basic HTML coding to enhance email campaigns, contributing to a visually appealing and interactive user experience.
6. Coding and Code Deployment:
- Bring your understanding of coding and code deployment to streamline our email marketing processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Email Design Concepts:
- Utilize tools like Sketch, Figma, and Coda to bring innovative email design concepts to life, creating visually stunning and impactful email campaigns.
8. Organizational Skills:
- Showcase your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently and delivering results on time.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in executing successful email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo and experience with high send email volume campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and a fundamental understanding of coding.
- Experience with email design concepts using tools like Sketch, Figma, and Coda.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and visual.
