Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of financial and accounting records.
  • Process and record financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable processes, including billing verification and timely payment processing.
  • Negotiating and resolving discrepancies with vendors, catering, and other contracts on behalf of the company.
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
  • Support various departments through administrative coordination, including meeting logistics.
  • Execute procedures and permits processing with legal authorities.
  • Plan and manage company events, liaising with vendors and internal teams.
  • Manage company inventory and merchandising.
  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors amp; vendors, and draft corporate letters.
  • Organize files, carry out legal procedures, and coordinate with our company Messenger.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the company.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
    • Advanced English level (C1 in oral and written).
    • Previous proven work experience of at least 2 years in Administrative/Financial roles.
    • Advanced knowledge in Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn other technologies.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Exhibit a responsible and reliable work ethic.
    • Uphold strict confidentiality standards in all aspects of work.
    • Full-time availability to work in our offices as needed, with the possibility of working remotely on certain days.
