This position will have two main responsibilities, the first one will be managing and scaling existing partners at PayJoy. In this responsibility the candidate will be in charge of the daily operations with our Partners, and she/he will be the lead point of contact for all client matters. The candidate must be a number driven person, used to accomplish sales targets, anticipate needs, allocate resources and design action plans to achieve requested targets. The candidate must be able to manage a remote team of field sales representatives to execute on high growth initiatives in a timely manner.
The plans provided by the candidate must have a 360 degree strategy focusing on sales and operations, marketing, POS of insights, conciliation and payment processes, after sales service among others.
The second responsibility of this role is to help the Commercial team to partner with new retailers, specially from the department store, self-service and traditional channel to offer PayJoy products. Once the partner is listed, the candidate will be in charge of the sales pipeline process from the information sharing to scaling.
