For this role, you will work closely with salespeople to identify the challenges they face during education and recommend ways to succeed with the platform.

Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills and the right tools to achieve their goals.

What you need:

• Advanced command of English, C1 (both written and spoken)
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of trading and sales (or genuine interest to it)
• Customer-oriented amp; a go-getter attitude

Will be a plus:

• Experience in sales, trading
• Experience in Customer Support
• Experience with business software
• Knowledge of CRM systems or Sales systems

What you'll be doing:

• Become an expert of the sales platform
• Help, onboard and guide salesmen amp; tradesmen
• Communicate with customers over email, chat initially and then phone
• Learn a lot about financial trading and sales
