Job Summary

The Inspectorio Revenue amp; Account Management Team helps customers transform and evolve their business through the use of Inspectorio’s network platform, mobile apps, and software infrastructure. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners.

A Customer Success team provides business-critical insights using data and analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment and helps drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

Responsibilities
  • Successfully onboard organizations to the Inspectorio network
  • Successfully execute onboarding targets
  • Work as a liaison within the organization to ensure product continue to enhance capabilities that better serve our customers
  • Propose, develop and lead the execution of adoption plans and corrective action plans for customers
  • Measure and track portfolio, lifecycle stage, adoption levels, upsell and renewal
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and expand adoption
  • In collaboration with sales, responsible for meeting and exceeding team business targets
  • Establish processes required to ensure efficient, effective team operations - Hold team and individuals accountable for the success
  • In collaboration with the product team, responsible for the deep understanding of all current and future product capabilities and their respective value proposition
  • Drive insights and performance recommendations to customers by analyzing customer data
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor degree-professional degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years in the customer-facing organization
  • Analytic and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to establishing and grow in senior-level relationships (Directors, VP, SVP, etc.) being seen as a trusted advisor
  • Comfortable to own and manage monthly amp; quarterly objectives and quotas
Competencies
  • Exceptional organizational and analytic skills
  • Excellent communications and presentations skill
  • Ability to make timely decisions and have sound judgment
  • Ability to collaborate within internal, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams (e.g. product management, -other customer success team members, customer support, sales, and operations) to deliver effective solutions to customers
  • Strong individual contributor and team player
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using tools such as Hubspot, Totango, Salesforce.
  • Experience in account management for B2B SaaS, analytic tools, or applications software with a demonstrated track record in exceeding goals.
  • Understanding of global sourcing and/ or manufacturing industry.
