Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, web design, related careers, or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer, web designer, or relevant roles.
- Indispensable fluency in English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience using illustration tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Experience using prototyping and wireframing tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- Ability to work proactively to set and achieve goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail.
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, web design, related careers, or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a web designer or relevant roles.
- Advanced English level.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience using illustration tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Experience using prototyping and wireframing tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- Own a portfolio demonstrating your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skills that you can share with us.
- Great attention to detail.
Desired qualifications:
- Proficiency in communicating user research findings, user needs amp; feedback, and business with cross-functional partners to drive impact.
- Product research experience, either in an end-to-end, usability, or generative setting.
- Familiarity with research design utilizing various methods such as: usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements using a thorough understanding of end-to-end customer experience.
- Create high-level storyboards, wireframes, and design mockups.
- Translate concepts into implementations and map out workflows amp; user paths.
- Write UI specifications to support development across multiple applications and platforms that maximize the user experience.
- Build out multiple versions for potential solutions and use A/B testing to iterate towards the ideal customer experience.
- Effectively communicate insights and outcomes with stakeholders, project managers, and developers.
- Maintain an awareness of current trends and best practices in technology design and usability, and share this information across multiple teams.
