My name is Nate Ginsburg, and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the owner of Centurica, founder of SellerPlex and partner in a handful of other online businesses. I recently completed the acquisition of Centurica and we are looking to hire some additional auditors for our business.

About the company:

Centurica is the premier provider of Due Diligence services for online business acquisitions. This means our clients hire us to review their acquisitions to ensure the business is what the seller says it is, uncover any risks, as well as identify growth opportunities.

We are growing really fast and looking to expand our audit accountants. This is an important role in a growing business with the opportunity to grow if it's the right fit. You’ll be working with a fast paced, high achieving team.

About the role:

We are looking to hire an experienced auditor to assist in rebuilding the P/Ls for our client projects. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in audit working at a big firm. You’ll be responsible for the first portion of the P/L rebuild process.

We are looking for contractors to be assigned to the different projects. This will be a per project/per hour position. There is also a possibility for future part time or full time positions.

We are looking for someone in North America/South America time zones as most of our team and clients are in these time zones. But also can explore Europe time zones.

This would be a Remote Project based role.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

• Working on rebuilding Pamp;Ls to verify Seller financials
• Working on different complex tasks (if needed)

This role has the potential to be client facing and turn into some account management as well. But also doesn’t have to. There are a few ways we can mold this role depending on the candidate to fit your skillset and fit into our existing team infrastructure.

Requirements

• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• 3+ years experience working in Finance/accounting
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting CPA or MBA Preferred
• Experience in rebuilding and verifying Pamp;Ls
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
• Experience in working in eCommerce businesses (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) preferred but not required
• Experience in a Due Diligence environment preferred but not required
• Objective oriented
• High level of accuracy, diligence, and integrity
• Detail-oriented
