Stack Builders is an international software consultancy formed in New York with its largest office in Quito, Ecuador. We’re growing our Project Management / Business Analyst team and looking for a curious and creative person to help us build unique solutions that best fit our projects’ needs. Our PM/BA team works closely with our design and software engineering teams in the end-to-end process of bringing new ideas to life with our international clients.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in administration, business, engineering, or communication would be a plus, but other degrees are also welcome.
- Availability to work in a hybrid modality in our Quito, Ecuador-based office.
- A high level of fluency in written and spoken English is a must, as you will be communicating daily with our international clients and team.
- Our projects require the ability to take ownership of processes, communicate ideas clearly and break down complex problems with ease.
- Organizational and time management skills are required to help you be efficient and effective across multiple projects.
- Ability to learn about and understand existing complex systems.
- A team player who is open to receiving and applying feedback.
Nice to have:
- 1+ year of project management experience.
- Experience or understanding of Agile Methodologies and the software development life cycle.
- Certification as a Scrum Master.
- Serve as the Scrum Master and/or Product Owner to facilitate Agile meetings and rituals, ensuring an open communication channel with our international client base and our in-house amp; remote teams.
- Work collaboratively with software developers, UX/UI designers, and other cross-functional team members in cutting-edge technologies to meet deadlines and maximize the value-add in various projects across multiple industries.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems by collaborating across teams to support digital products through their life cycle.
- Maintain relationships with, elicit requirements from, and communicate progress to international stakeholders in a consistent and easy-to-understand way that addresses their unique business goals.
